Quilters are the Nicest People . . . " |
SMQ Charity Quilt Sewing Sessions are fun for our members. These are wonderful opportunities to get to know each other while sharing what they love to do. These members are working away, sorting fabrics and making up quilt kits to distribute at the next guild meeting for members to take home and assemble.

charity project kits
Charity quilts come to us in all stages of completion. Some people prefer to do their own from start to finish and then donate the completed quilts. Others like to attend workdays (when gatherings aren't prohibited) to prepare kits for volunteers to choose and complete. The two types of project kits are "piecing kits" and "quilting kits."
